We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Chiropractor to join our successful, rehab clinic full time in Louisville, Kentucky. We are focused on rehabbing our patients due to personal injuries through Chiropractic, health, wellness and prevention, with exceptional patient care and we are looking for a likeminded Chiropractor to join our team. Duties:
• Patient exams
• Report of Findings
• Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
• Patient education re: Diagnosis, ROF’s, care plan options, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Chiropractic Manual adjustments, therapies, modalities and exercises
• Techniques utilized- Diversified, Thompson and Activator
• Regular progress reports & documentation
• Regular Patient re-exams
• Collaboration with the other staff
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Doctorate of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Chiropractic License valid for Kentucky
Schedule:
• Full time – Monday – Friday
Salary (range):
$60k-80k per year plus $5000.00 signing bonus after 90 days
