We continue to meet with CareSource monthly on your behalf to ensure the new chiropractic policies have a smooth implementation process. In our latest meeting with CareSource, we learned that they have updated their copay policy so only 1 copay will apply per day of service. If any cost shares were taken dating back to 1/1/2023 above 1 copay per day of service, CareSource is going back to reprocess those claims to fix any cost share processed in error.
