KAC TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM – Terms and Conditions

1. Program. The Kentucky Association of Chiropractors (KAC) offers a text messaging program to send event and convention reminders, continuing education announcements, legislative and insurance updates, and association news to subscribers who opt in.

2. Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in (via our website form or by giving your number to KAC staff), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from KAC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of membership or purchase.

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-Out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will not receive further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

6. Help. For help, reply HELP or contact kac@thekac.org or https://thekac.org.

7. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
