Dr. Edward Fisher, beloved chiropractor and cherished member of the Danville community, passed away on April 22, 2024. Born in Covington, Kentucky on November 7, 1957, Dr. Fisher dedicated his life to healing others through his practice.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Fisher’s passion for chiropractic care began in 1985. In 1988, he founded his own practice in Danville, where he became known for his compassionate care and commitment to his patients.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Fisher was an entrepreneur with a playful spirit. His love for laughter and practical jokes brightened the lives of those around him. Every April, he delighted in pulling off clever pranks.
In his leisure time, Dr. Fisher found solace in nature. He enjoyed hiking, strolling through the park with his beloved dogs, and escaping to the beach twice a year. But above all, he cherished moments spent with his wife Claudia and his family, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Claudia Johnson Fisher, daughter, Chelsea Fisher Cope (Stuart) of Nashville; son, Bo Fisher (Madeline) of Lexington; brother, David Fisher of Erlanger; nieces, Annie King (Scott Loomis), Kerry Stetter (Matt) and Colleen Crisler (Travis), all of northern Kentucky; great nephews, Luke and Grant Stetter and a great niece, Savannah Crisler.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Nancy King.
Dr. Edward Fisher will be deeply missed by his family, friends, patients, and the countless lives he touched through his kindness and dedication. His legacy of compassion and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
