Introducing Statusfi: Free for All KAC Members

The requirements seem to multiply every year, and keeping track of all of them – on top of actually treating patients – is genuinely hard.
That is exactly why the KAC is thrilled to introduce Statusfi as a new, free member benefit. Think of it as a personal compliance assistant for your practice. It keeps everything organized, tracks what you have done and what still needs attention and alerts you before anything expires. And it is available to you right now, at no additional cost, simply because you are a KAC member.
So, What Exactly Is Statusfi?
Statusfi is a web-based compliance dashboard built specifically for chiropractic practices. It covers a wide range of state and federal compliance areas, including:

Visual progress meters and percentage displays let you watch your overall compliance improve over time. And when something is getting close to expiring, Statusfi will alert you before it becomes a problem.
How It Works: Track, Complete, Renew
Statusfi is built around three simple steps:
1. Track
Log in and see a visual snapshot of your entire compliance status at a glance. Every category shows you where you are and where you need to go.
2. Complete
Work through requirements using simple checkboxes. Each item links directly to a trusted, authoritative source so you know exactly what the requirement means and how to fulfill it. No guessing, no searching through government websites on your own.
3. Renew
Compliance is not a one-time task. Statusfi tracks completion dates for every requirement and sends you email reminders on your schedule so that nothing falls through the cracks and you never get caught off guard by an expiring requirement.
What Is “Ask Paxson”?
Here is one of the best parts: built right into the Statusfi dashboard is an AI assistant named Paxson. Whenever you come across a compliance requirement and are not sure what it means or how it applies to your practice, just click “Ask Paxson” right next to that item. Paxson is a chatbot specifically designed to answer compliance questions in plain, easy-to-understand language.
You do not have to be a compliance expert. You do not have to dig through lengthy federal regulations. Paxson is there to help you understand what you are looking at and take the right next step, right when you need it.

It is also worth knowing that Statusfi is not a finished product sitting still. New compliance items are being added to the platform on an ongoing basis, and the next version of Statusfi is already in the works. While we can’t disclose all our secrets, know we are working closely with the Illinois Chiropractic Society and the other states that have implemented Statusfi to provide feedback for future versions and improvements.
