Dr. Payne currently resides in Omaha, NE, and is the Executive Director of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association.

Refunds will be given if reques is received at least 7 business days in advance. No refunds will be given less than 7 business days prior to the event, however credit can be applied to a future seminar.

Absolutely! 2 staff members are included with each doctor registration! Need to bring more staff, no problem. Additional staff are just $49/person after the first 2.
