Tom was born on Nov. 13, 1957 to Dr. Thomas J. Kreusch Sr. and Mary Lou (Crews) Kreusch, and was the oldest of 12 children.

He is survived by his loving wife Yvonne; a son, Jason (Danielle) Kreusch; and two daughters, Lauren Gray and Leah (Chad) Purdon. His grandchildren are Brayden and Haylee Kreusch, Bret and Brady Gray, and Ryann and Camryn Purdon. His siblings are Mike Kreusch, Jeff Kreusch, Steve Kreusch, John Kreusch, Maria (Rob) Clemons, Rodney Kreusch, Leann (Kevin) McLaughlin, Matt (Michelle) Kreusch, and Kamela (Aron) Sherrod; and there are many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Tom, his brothers Brian and Doug Kreusch, and his precious son-in-law, Justin Gray.

Tom was a chiropractor who held several offices in the chiropractic field such as the president of the Dayton Chiropractic Association.

He was kind, loving, and could be ornery at times. If you knew Tom you knew that he loved his Lord, his family, his church, and his many friends.

He loved to fish, golf, the Minnesota Vikings, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was their biggest fan!

Tom was on the Cleveland Clinic heart and kidney transplant list and fought a long, hard battle with his health, but his faith never wavered! He always said, “I’m in a win, win situation. If I live I get to spend more time with my wife and family and if I die I’ll be in Heaven with Jesus!” He won!
