Frequently asked questions
I'm an exhibitor, where do I find exhibitor registration?
Exhibitor registration for 2027 opens soon. The registration forms will be posted in the Exhibitors section of this page.
Can I bring staff?
The fall convention is usually more clinical-based. Staff are allowed, though typically the content doesn’t apply directly to them.
Do you have a room block link for the hotel?
The 2027 room block at the Embassy Suites in Lexington is coming soon. We will post the link in the Hotel section of this page as soon as it is available.
Are notes printed?
Like previous years, we’re going green! If notes were provided to us, they’ll be available in your CE21 account ahead of the session should you wish to print your own copy.
Can I receive Peer Reviewer hours?
No. No courses at the fall convention count for Peer Reviewers.
I'm having difficulty registering online, is there a paper registration form?
Registration for 2027 opens soon, and a paper registration form will be available. Contact the KAC office at (859) 554-4498 or kac@thekac.org with any questions.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are given if requested at least 7 business days in advance. No refunds are given less than 7 business days prior to the event, though credit can be applied to a future seminar.
What states are approved for continuing education?
CE will be applied for in Kentucky, Mississippi, West Virginia and Florida, along with PACE. Approval details will be posted in the CE Information section as they are confirmed.
