Absolutely. Below we’ve put together a list of posters required – both federally and Kentucky law as well as for the healthcare sector. These postings ensure that employees are informed of their workplace rights and that your clinic remains compliant with labor regulations. In addition, healthcare-specific notices, such as HIPAA, are required for patients.
Federal Posters
Most chiropractic offices must post the following federal notices:
- Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) – Minimum Wage
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act
- Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) poster
- USERRA (Military Service Rights)
Depending on your office size, you may also need:
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) poster if you have 15 or more employees
- Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster if you have 50 or more employees
Kentucky Posters
Kentucky requires several additional postings:
- Kentucky Wage & Hour / Child Labor Laws
- Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Notice
- Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Notice
- Kentucky Equal Employment Opportunity (applies to offices with 8 or more employees)
- Kentucky Occupational Safety & Health (KY OSH) poster
Healthcare-Specific Notices
